We rented from WS location and had a reservation and showed up the day of the reservation and they didn’t have what we reserved which is crazy to me so we had to go 45 min out of our way to drive to another location to pick another one up and then drive 45 min back to where we had to load the trailer which was right near the original location where we were supposed to pick up trailer which is crazy to me. I don’t understand how we were even allowed to make a reservation and online said they had some available but when we went to pick it ip a week later they said they haven’t had any of those trailer for weeks so there is a huge disconnect and it’s highly inconvenient for ur customers so someone has to get it together please. The people we came in contact with were nice that worked there but the experience we had to go thru was not good
