MICHAEL TI was told that the gas was full and bring it back full. I went 9 miles and put 6 gallons of gas in the truck and it still wanted more. Either the gas gauge was broken or it wasn’t full. Either way, when I brought it up to the lady there, she was an awful person to deal with. I will never return to this location EVER.

Kenneth GDidn't have any cash to refund my deposit. Called me a lier.. About not get my change at pickup. Had to come back an hour later. After my truck was do at 9:11am They don't even open till 9:30. So I had already been waiting 45 minutes. This was not a good experience this time..

Brian FHave equipment where the request was made to pick up a week prior. I had to drive 30 mins away to get Uhaul instead of the 5 that I made my reservation for. When called to let me know the day before pick up I was at work and didn’t answer so nothing was done to compensate my extended drive. Lady left voicemail saying where to pick up and o would be compensated for miles however I had unlimited miles and had to pay extra gas on truck and my own vehicle that had to be driven an extra 50 miles round trip.

John PLockbox to pick up key was facing the lake, it was incredibly windy/lightly snowing and the lockbox was completely frozen. Maybe placing the box somewhere not as exposed to the weather.
