The furniture pads were not in the vehicle so we had to wait for the location to open to get them.

Diane SOnly issue I had was that I was able to schedule a pick-up for 9am when the business didn’t open until 0930. All the instructions on the site made it appear that I would use my cellphone for accessing the vehicle. Also, dropped off the vehicle at 1415 but the business was closed despite listing a 1430 closing time. Staff was friendly. Place was clean. Lot well-kept.
