When my son dropped off the transporter and talked to the person who helped him about the transporter coming off the uhaul the only response he got is "well it is pretty self explanatory on how to connect it." He was rude and didn't even apologize.

I don't think it's fair, and maybe even bad business, to tell me the truck I ordered isn't available at the location .5 miles from my house after I already ordered it and it said it was available, then make me pick up a truck that's 10 miles away, and charge me extra for it. You got an extra $20 because my truck magically wasn't available at my location anymore. That isn't right

One of the ramp locks wasn't working on the trailer I didn't have any problems but it should be fixed that whole ramp came all the way out of the trailer and to the ground..one smached finger....but it was a worry that the ramp could come all the way out while driving

The online app sucks. I never did get it. And while I.T. is not my major, I'm no slouch, either. So, I had the man do everything 4 days before pick-up. When I came in to pick it up, it was gone. He had to do it all over again! Unbelievable. When returning it, 2 of us worked for 20 minutes to check out on the phone, and never could get it to work properly. So I put the keys in through the door and left. THANK YOU for not charging me the $20 it said, if I didn't check out online.

After calling and changing my drop off location, I got to the location on Pittsburgh Street just to be told that they were full and they could not help me. So then I had to find a new location to drop off the trailer after driving across the country 36 hours in a location that was unknown. The gentleman at the location that I finally as abloe to drop off was nice and able to help. However, I am very unhappy about the U-haul experience from pick up and drop off. Customer service needs to be improved and refund should be given for the troubles and returner trailer early. I will not be a returning customer unless something can be rectified.

Couldn't not check the vehicle in when I was done. Your web site couldn't get the location of my cell phone. I had the location on tried at least ten times but your web site wouldn't let me continue. I watched the video provided and took all the pictures as explained on the video if needed.

Which tells me this is not important to you and speaks volumes to your commitment to quality service.

U Haul had texted me a drop-off location that no longer Is affiliated with U Haul! That was the Ace Hardware on Williams Street.

There was a mashed wire that wasn't discovered until I was on my 8-hour one-way trip that prevented the riding lights from coming on. This resulted in several blown fuses in my truck. The 1-800 service number was completely useless and just created frustration. I finally drove into a UHaul service center and offered to pay them to fix it so I could be on my way. The 1-800 number couldn't find a location to help me. This caused a substantial delay in my trip and much frustration.

The facility was what we needed for our transition. Earlier or later business hours would have been more convenient in some cases, however, that was not a deterrent for us using the facility.
