Kate NNothing to do with location .. this is with the call center, customer service. We needed an extra day with the rental and when I called and asked how much that would cost I was told $40… the additional fees were not related to me, $30 for insurance, the $45 for gas and the $31 for the additional miles.. at the end of the day I spent near $300 for a one way U-Haul rental (48hrs) I wish the representative would have provided a breakdown of the charges prior to me agreeing in the additional day rental.
