AUSTIN RNo Furniture Dolly! When I reserved the u haul, it did NOT advise me that there were no Dolly's available. I would have changed my reservation had I known. Not happy. Also, the rate per mile changed weekday to weekend so that's shady.

Jamie TI go to checkout when I was told the price which was higher than what was presented online when I reserved. The local dealer added the safe move option without my consent. The local dealer said it was done automatically in the system??? This is why people do not using companies that have a negative public perception. It always feels forced, and like a greasy used car dealer. When I brought up the error the local shop tried to pull the, I am not sure we can remove that charge?!? Which is when I said I am not leaving until it gets resolved, which magically it just happened to be removed….

WILLIS MThe reservation picked this return place 15 miles out of my town.i tried to take it to the closet u haul in my town. Told me would be $100 surcharge. He did not have any tandem axel trailers and really wanted it. Avoided the charge took it to the u haul place 15 miles out of my town. That place was full and already had a tandem axel trailer sitting there. GO FIGURE !!! Now he has 2 to rent.!!
CHRISTOPHER. MI swiffered the flooring of my trailer, because there was a buildup of cement dust or something there, but mostly because I was moving some cloth-based things. In most cases the little bit of grime would have been acceptable. Consider getting an industrial grade swiffers or hose out these ttrailers that might not be shiny clean inside. Just a thought, not a deal breaker. I love the guy who runs the dealership, and checks out the trucks. Nicest man ever.
Milan SRented UHauls for many years and this location in Holly Ridge sets the standard. If all locations operated this way uHaul would be a much better company and not the inconsistent and difficult service model they have become

STEVEN TThe Trailer had a Low tire and would not hold air. I turned this trailer in two days early and was charged a two day late fee.
Anthony DTruck was dirty on the inside and smelled so bad. We were taking supplies from Surf City, NC to Asheville, NC to rebuild our sons home that was flooded by Hurricane Helene and we were price gouged during this disaster. Not the locations fault but it’s a shame that UHaul is doing this to customers at this time.

angela hThe man that waited on me acted as if I was bothering him. I had to help him unhook the unit which was difficult because I had to help lift it of my hitch because he had no equipment to make it easier. When I picked it up the woman had a lift and hooked the unit up for me.

If anyone needs to rent a uhaul in the Sneads Ferry/Holly Ridge area, don’t go anywhere else. Thank you for your patience and kindness during an already stressful move!
Alexandra RMy issue is with the UHaul corporation and not the individual location. I reserved a trailer with a ramp and an appliance dolly and when I got to the location I was told that location hadn't had an appliance dolly in over 2 weeks. The agent at the location worked with me and tried to find an appliance dolly close to where we were, but had no luck. He removed the charge of the appliance dolly and generously provided a no-cost utility dolly in its place. While this was a nice gesture on his part, it made moving two refrigerators much more difficult than it would have been had I been able to get the appliance dolly that I actually reserved and your system said was at my pick-up location. Please do a better job of keeping track of what equipment is available at what location (this is not the first time I have shown up to a UHaul location and been told that what I had reserved was not available).
