This comment is on the U-haul location at Pinnacle Storage, in Sneads Ferry, 1132 NC-210. When we walked in, the man looked like a deer in headlights, no clue we had a reservation. After looking in his computer, he stated that the reservation was given to Powells Towing in Sneads Ferry. He called, and they said the office is closed early on Sat. and that they could not do it. WHAT? First of all, why transfer to another place? That is closed on our reservation day?? So this man at Pinnacle Storage found another place nearby, about 5 miles. Ok. Then he proceeded to give us the incorrect address. So we are driving to a location that does not exist. Driving all around. The whole experience was a cluster F mess. We had to call to get proper address. Once we got to our final destination, it was a pleasure to work with the man at Holly Ridge Car Mart. Very professional. 5+ stars for this location. Please do better for people using your service, and get good folks like the people at Holly Ridge Car Mart.
