If I could give this a zero rating I would!!!! I was absolutely horrified with the poor customer service here. From start to finish all we had was problems. The gentleman at the counter was very rude upon pick up when my fiancé went to go get the truck. Then upon return he told me he was not checking the truck back in for me that I had to do it in my app. I couldn’t get the images to save because of the poor service in that location. He then stuck his phone in my face and proceeded to ask where the bankers and dolly were. I let him know they were in the back of the truck as that’s what I have done with EVERY other U-Haul rental. He said no you go get them and bring them in here now. So me and my friend went out to the truck and wrestled all 24 blankets and the dolly in the building for this sorry man. He still wouldn’t take the keys for me so I put them in the drop box. He doesn’t need to be a U-Haul dealer if he cannot work with the community.

THOMAS HHad to dig my trailer out of the mud and snow. Was given demands by the owner to do this and that. Was like I was an inconvenience to him. He also added insurance to my rental although I had turned it down online and to him in person. All this made me run about an hour behind. Called the district manager and was returned my insurance fee and that was the only thing that UHaul did right on this one!! Probably won’t rent from them in the future because I wasn’t compensated at all.

Then the next day decided to lie and say we locked the keys in the car and charged us an extra $95 cleaning fee and fee for gas to make up for the tank that had been depleting while the ignition remained on. He is a liar and a thief

David GThe establishment tried to charge me over $25 gas "shortage" when I, in fact, returned the truck with at least 5 gallons of gas more than when I picked it up. The clerk took a photo of the dash showing the gas gauge before I even exited the truck yet still underreported the fuel. Be careful when returning to this establishment!

There was what looked like a cigarette butt in the cupholder; someone had spilled a sticky drink on the passenger seat; and the floor mats were full of various kinds of dirt. The floor of the cargo area had several stickers and sticky dirty on it, as well. I will do my best to never use this location again.
PATRICIA MI ordered a 20ft truck. The only one on the site had a faulty starter and did not start. The second truck I rented which was a 15ft had a dead battery and only 3/8 of a tank of gas.This location needs to have U-Haul come out and have their trucks serviced.
Darin FThe last two days, the truck would not crank. It had to be jumped off. When we turned the truck in, we were over charged and treated like shit.

thomas sI am indifferent about the location, but I was unable to return the trailer via the app. After reading other reviews it seems you either completely overhaul the app or simply remove it.
Michael LThe equipment was well maintain but their were eggs that had been broken on the floor. Big gripe: The trailer was to be pick up on NC 268 location. They did not have any, they got on the phone and found one on NC 18 across county which cost me a 2 hours of time.
AUBREY BI could not find a drop box for key so I left truck and will bring them key in the morning.
Fred CUnit seemed fairly clean and well maintained except the cab was a little dirty. When I first turned the ignition key, the engine sounded like it was having trouble cranking. It took awhile, but it finally did start. It was pretty cold that morning. Didn't have any trouble the rest of the time.
