Frank SOnly thing that could be improved is a bit more assistance with hitching up the trailer. I was by myself and had to convince the person during pick up to help me out.
Joshua HI recently rented an auto transport from U-Haul, and overall, it was a great experience. The online reservation process was quick and easy, and the trailer was ready at the scheduled pick-up time. The trailer was well-maintained and in good condition, and loading my vehicle onto it was straightforward. Staff was super friendly.
