The biggest disappointment was the dolly and furniture blankets I ordered ahead of time were not there and the reason was “not available“; how are these not reserved with the truck? There was also no warning ahead of time they wouldn’t be provided, and so I needed to move my furniture largely unprotected with a few of my own towels here and there. Not impressed. It’s just lucky some nice person happened to lend us a dolly, or I’d really be not impressed. Moving is stressful enough without this lack of service. My friend even tried to get these items elsewhere and same issue, so that’s the only reason I’m not rating this particular location poorly.

Prosper MIt was hard to find the office location and the parking for the truck, but overall the experience was good. Perhaps what can be improved is to make sure the locks for the truck's roll-up door work, because mine didn't, but as well I didn't need to use it for my rental.

john sThis location charged me $15.61 for fuel, which I was not supposed to pay. They instructed me to park in a place which had a slope. When I parked the truck in the incline, the fuel gauge started showing slightly less fuel. Feeling anxious, I added an extra 5 liters of fuel to the truck. However, after adding the fuel, the fuel gauge displayed the same amount as when I took it from the location. I returned the truck before the service hours ended, but they did not promptly check everything. They promised to provide the receipt within an hour, but even after two hours (around 8 pm), I had not received it. Upon calling, they assured me I would receive it by 10 pm, yet I received no receipt that night. The following morning, I finally received the receipt, which deducted approximately $15 for 9 liters of fuel, despite returning the truck with the same amount of fuel (I have photographic evidence of the fuel gauge). I do not recommend this location to anyone.
Deepro CI brought the unit back with over 1/4 tank of gas, but the attendant logged it as less than a quarter of a tank. Absolute rip offs.
Evan RGas needs to be full at pick up. There were dirty olds socks left inside the vehicle. The vehicle could not handle weather conditions.
Rachel MGas tank was empty when i received the vehicle. This ment i had to fill the truck and estimate the amount i was going to use. I ended up filling the truck with more fuel than i actually used, meaning i payed more for my rental than i should have. The back box was unlocked and i found remnants off someone sleeping in it. The truck rental documents were all in miles and made calculations on milage confusing as we kilometers. This also confuse then uhual representative so i dont know if i was charged properly. Will definitely use a different location, possibly a different company.

Conroy BJust disaster! They charged me for the dolly but I can’t see it in the receipt! It means they use that money for themselves not Uhaul. They charged me more than twice for the milage! I drove the truck 20 miles but they charged me 48 miles. For sure I will bring them to the court. I am telling the Uhaul company, stop working with this dealer. When I call me to explain for me they hanged up. Everybody should be carful about this dealer. Shame on such dealer.

John SThe location did not have the equipment I ordered on online, so i had to spend my time looking for another location that had a dolly. I called 2 and neither had them. The clerk did not offer any help. The van did not have gas in it, although I did get a credit. But I put more gas than I used, and I still no gas credit on my receipt. My receipt is also not what I was quoted for km's.

brad rPoor customer service, complained I brought truck back slightly early. Had to leave truck out back without being checked out in my presence. Then found out next day they had charged a cleaning fee of $4.95, even though I swept out truck and charged me for 11 litres of fuel even though I had filled it back. I had noted when I parked it out back that it was on a slope and fuel gauge had moved.

Lei ZIt was not the location I booked. It was in the other side of town which added 20kms to my drive taking away from the km I was allocated and charged for. The tank was almost empty when I got it and no one told me that I had to bring it back with more then what they put in the tank. The tank was 1/8 when I got it. And they charged me because we gave it back at 1/8 a tank.

Kept stopping me to to help other customers with their smokes and slurpees before finishing up with me. No furniture pads like I had reserved. Process took way too long. Steven MIt was definitely not the normal uhaul experience. I had to keep waiting for them to enter my info (which they should have already had) while they helped other customers. Uhaul was down a back alley which when I dropped off was dark and late and the side gate was locked so had to walk all the way around, which was kinda sketchy. Uhaul was also dirty in the back cargo and front cab. Would skip this location.

Uhaul requires me to leave contact for multiple people which is pointless and done by no other rental companies. The 1st hour of my 4 hour rental period was wasted on a needlessly slow checkout process. I wont be using uhaul again in the future. My last truck rental was through budget and it was so much easier
Scott CLocation fine but uhaul itself is a hassle, customer service inconsistent ranging from people trying their best to passive about company problems. Had my original booking cancelled midway and being charged for “equipment” then had my second attempt changed the day before and I was very lucky to notice. Seems to be good if your lucky getting a booking a hour before you need it with a 5min wait time on the phone but if you need any more help than that sit down and wait 40-60min.
Ryan GUHaul changed my pickup location and buried the change in a Confirmation of Registration text. There was absolutely no warning.or notice that "Your pickup location has been changed"...just the address in the middle of the long text was not the address I had booked. My online booking still read the original address. When I showed up at the original location, I had to wait in line for over 40 minutes before being told my location had been changed. It was extremely.busy with no staggering of reservation times or respect for those who had made prior reservations. The counter staff were painfully slow, chitchatting and taking breaks with no sense of urgency or respect for their customer's time. Afyer 40 minutes, I was rudely told by the counter woman that she coupdn't give me a truck becauae other people had made reservations, which she already knew I had done. She was argumentative and did not even apologize for the mixup or express any empathy at all. The manager did not step in. I had to leave, drive through Edmonton to a different location on 75th Street, and that guy was very pleasant and helpful. The 51st experience was shockingly awful. UHaul should not change people's selected pick up lpcation...I chose that location for a reason. You also should respect and value your customers.

Anthony WThey were 20 minutes late opening but when I called U-Haul, Desiree was very helpful and already set me up to get the same truck at a different location when the store employee pulled up. It all worked out!
Shelley KIt took us 1 hour at this location before we could even get the truck. The man was having problems, on the phone getting help, had to give and take photos of our driver's license many times over. Our pick up time was 10:30, we finally got the van at 11:30 and it was filthy. There was spilled pop dried in the cup holders, the seats were covered in dried grass, the back of the van had pieces of food and a napkin, a pipe cleaner, some liquid that was dried on the floor, and dirt & debris all over. The van also smelled of cigarettes. I phoned & complained, and also sent photos. For the next customer, the store operator should know what he is doing to make picking up the vehicle more efficient. The vehicle should also be clean.
