Gave me a truck with barely any gas, but applied a credit for it. When it came to the final bill didn't apply the credit. When I came back to dispute it claimed I didn't put gas in it even though I had picture proof. Then after much discussion said she can't do anything about it, I have to come back and see the manager. She does all the rentals, she knows how to do everything, she doesn't want to. The whole conversation was super frustrating, pretending she doesn't understand the bill, can't find the rental without me telling her what day I brought it back even though she had my rental printout in her hand. Pretty sure ahe is an owner of the store and her husband is the one she is claiming to be the manager. If my refund isn't approved i will dispute the entire charge with my credit card company for breach of service

David BThey did not have any of the additional equipment we rented online (dolleys etc). The truck was missing the bottom mirror on the driver side making it very unsafe to drive, but there were no other trucks at the location we could have asked to switch for
Karlissa FWe found out at pick up that there was no Dollie’s. We should have gotten a phone call so we could plan. She said she emailed but I don’t recall. We had to scramble to find equipment. She also failed to mention where our vehicle was parked. No access to get to it from the front so we had to drive around the block and through a back alley. It was parked on ice on a slant so it was hell trying to get it out. The truck kept sliding. The lady did not apologize and made a clear sure did not care one bit. Horrible person to put us in that situation. I would never ever use that place. What is the point of a U-Haul if you can’t provide moving equipment? I assumed if you order a month in advance it would be there.
Michelle DThis location was very convenient and friendly however the truck was VERY dirty. The interior was covered in mud and smelled badly of cigarettes.
