When placing the order for the truck, I was given the option to add a furniture dolly, the large one for the refrigerator, so I added it to my cart. When I picked up the truck, there was no dolly inside but I was still charged for the dolly along with a number of other moving items that were not in the truck when it was picked up. I was charged an additional $40.00 for items I wasn't supplied with. Had I known they were not available I would not have added them to my cart. Perhaps a way to verify if items are actually available would be nice.

The customer service rep was very nice and helpful, but the location was impossible to find, located in a sketchy alley with broken glass a questionable people. This is not a safe area. My uhaul did not have 1/2 tank, it was 3/8 full and we had to have the rep change the information. There was also damage done in various areas that were not marked and had to be updated as well. I would never go back here or recommend anyone I care about to either.
