But what really stood out was the owner—he was super nice and went above and beyond to help me when I had some unexpected personal issues during the rental. His kindness and understanding made a stressful situation so much easier. The whole process from pickup to drop-off was smooth and professional. I highly recommend this location for not just the service, but the people too!

WILLIAM ZI had to drive 33 miles from the location where I reserved the U-Haul for actual pick up. I think this part of process sucked. Do better, please. However, the staff at the pick up location were incredible. Somewhat made up for the ratchet bs of having to drive an additional 33 miles one way for pick up.
PHILIP Wthe gas cap was broke so when we went to return the truck we had to wait until roadside helped us. It was late at night good thing the guy that came was very prompt, professional and nice.
