The only item I would report was when I returned the truck, there was no one to be found at the front desk, in the office or around the building, even though it was open and unlocked. I called out several times and knocked on the office door, but no one answered. I called the number, but then an employee appeared in one of the work bays. However, he was unable to check me out on the computer as he didn't have access to the computer. I had to leave my email address so it could be sent to me. Not a big hassle but certainly something I would be concerned about in the future. Other than that, the rental process, convenience of location and condition of the truck were great! Thank you!
