Your system was not working properly. I was told to take a picture of my driver's license with my phone and it would not work over and over and over I tried. Finally the lady for U haul was able to get a live person on the phone to take care of the problem. Not to mention I reserved a U haul truck I week in advance to pick up in Oak Grove Louisiana they didn't have one so I had to drive 30 miles out of my way to Lake Providence to get one. Why didn't they go pick it up during the week? Then I made my move to Bastrop went to turn it in. In Bastrop the place was closed. So I called U haul. And ended up having to take it another 30 or so miles out of my way to bring it to Monroe to drop off. So altogether y'all cost me about 3 extra hours on Saturday 30 dollars in extra gas ⛽. Plus gas in my friends car to follow me all over God's creation. It was the most horrible experience ever with U Haul.

JENNIFER AWe had a reservation and the woman acted like she didn’t know about the reservation. It took a bit to find it. She said the truck was just brought in. That didn’t make me feel very comfortable, was it checked over by an employee before it was rented to me to make sure it was ok to drive to Texas? She asked if I knew the truck and trailer numbers I was supposed to receive. She did go out and clean the truck before she gave me the key. She said the trailer is by the truck. I said it’s not hooked up? She said no. I said I have no idea how to hook it up. She got someone to hook the trailer to the box truck.
Linda HHave the businesses that rent out your equipment make sure they are updating their inventory. We were told both online and over the phone that the 2 items were at the same location, which they were not. She only had the auto trailer. She had newer and more taken care of options but decided she didn't want to let those go on a one way trip because she would never be able to get rid of the old beat up one she stuck us with which barely held our vehicle. She took forever to even decide which one to give us and then never came out to do an equipment check. We were just getting the truck and trailer to our house at the time we should have been leaving to our new house. Shame on her.
