Veronica DCharge for gas when I left same amount in truck as when I picked it up. Also charged for cleaning when was left as clean as I picked up. I thank then are just looking for something to charge for
Laney MWhile giving an average rating (expectations low) and a yes on both questions above please note the following, I waited 75 minutes to drop off a trailer! There was one person working on Saturday morning and there was one customer in the building when I arrived. I was told to have a seat. By listening and watching I think the biggest problem was technology and user. Several things had to be redone and redone and then the wait time for the computer to work. 75 minutes after I entered the establishment I was asked , "how can I help you?" Took 3 minutes to confirm drop off. I think there should be a better way to prevent such a monumental waste of time.
