This was the worse U-Haul, the ppl wasn’t friendly at all. They didn’t tell or show you how to hook the equipment, asked for an extra $20 to show me. The truck was dirty , had to clean it out before I loaded my items.

RAYMOND HIt needs to be decontamination.. there were Roach bugs in the uhaul.. very disturbed by this.. the roaches got in my stuff I moved, I have now got to spend the money to get an exterminator.. plus it was more than expected.. my bill said 169.00 and I got charged line 220??
TINA MGiven I posted the poor quality of the cab during checkin, and was then charged for the same poor quality cab when checking out, there is no way I will return to this location: I must pay for someone else's messy habit. I fought against the charge when checking the vehicle in, and even talked to a professional about the quality of the cab: they left a note of dispute. I was still charged despite submitting photographs of the quality of the cab. Given the entire process was "automated," and the entire process was up to ME as a customer to verify information, the fact I was slapped with a cleaning fee on top of my being honest with the company is as much a slap in the face as anything else. If you visit this location, be prepared to do all the legwork a rep should have done AND be charged extra for doing it.

Craig SI will not rent the 6x12 trailer again. The hydraulic braking system would activate at every bump in the road. When we drove over bridges, the brake would activate at every expansion joint. We drove over the I-10 bridge in Pascagoula MS and it felt like my truck was hitting a hard stop for a fraction of a second. It was so hard hitting, my ABS light come on my dash. I was far from weight capacity and had the cargo evenly distributed.

IGOR EFirst I asked for an Appliance dolly, I was given a utility dolly, The workers I hired had to work to move the fridge, washer, and dryer more than was expected. I don't like to treat people that way, I told them I had the proper equipment booked. The app was somewhat confusing, I Immediately tried to change some details over the phone and the agent was no help at all. A simple change of drop-off location could have saved me half of the trip cost. cost per mileage is ridiculous, there should be an unlimited option when customers are willing to pay. I will be using a competitor for my future needs.

Gay KTruck was dirty, didn’t get the dolly I paid for, tires were worn to the point that the belt was showing. Had to be changed before I could continue my move. Cost me several hours of my time. Didn’t get the mileage I was told I’d receive for going out of town to get a truck for a one way move. Will not rent a U-Haul again. Will not recommend U-Haul to anyone as well

Kelly PThe location was great. The employees bent over backwards to help us. UHAUL was the issue. Apparently if you make a reservation a month in advance all kinds of ridiculousness happens. We reserved a 15 ft truck and an auto transport. 2 days before - we were told we have a 26ft truck and a tow dolly. WTH?! Apparently reservations mean nothing to UHAUL, to say I am frustrated is an understatement. When we arrived at HomeRoom Furniture, the car dolly was added to our reservation. Way to go UHAUL. I am planning to give my opinion on social media. Absolutely ridiculous
Phillip HClerk couldn't get the other authorized driver registered so I was forced to do all the driving. Interior of truck was not clean. Water in the passenger door handle that got all over the passenger when she shut the door. Cup holders were disgusting. Gas light was on so I had to immediately get to a gas station.

Robin RI wanted to use the app to not have to talk to the person in the store However, when they asked for my references I gave them the information on the app then they kept saying it couldn’t be verified but they never called my references because we were all together and our phones never went off So I went inside and it still took forever and the price on the website was not the price I had to pay I paid almost $100 just to rent the truck for less than 2 hours I’m so over it today and I will never use U-Haul again

Rosevelt AThis guy was fabulous. The stupid app was as helpful as Traffic was earlier, it failed. Couldn’t check the truck in. THANKFULLY the man was a doll and manually checked it in. He was the only thing that went right with the whole ordeal. U-Haul will not be in my future lol not like they care. But Budget or Penske can take my money. U-Haul has changed. They need more people like at this location, and less like A Kut Above and less like the Traffic Dept

Jaleesa EThings were going great until location computer froze up, they called U-Haul tech support, they had same problem, called Edward or Ed, he had problem but found a way to get contract complete. Location implied that computer system has problems. They were very calm and professional. The trainee was listening to her supervisor and followed all instructions. After that all went well. I have been at other businesses who’s employees had no idea what to do. They overcame a difficult situation. They were polite and helpful.

Tranita GMake sure to update keys when repairs are made. The vehicle we were assigned had the drivers door repaired, but the key was not updated. Luckily Moe at this location was very friendly and helpful, and she was able to get us into another uhaul

Marilyn MDon't pick up from this location. They are lazy and threaten YOU when they don't do their jobs correctly. Then think it's acceptable to call your phone threatening to show up at your house and kill you.
