Some thoughts: 1. the front door seemed to be left open at times; not sure how that happened. It did not affect my unit, as there is another locked door before my hallway, so all was secure 2. the phone numbers listed did not work at times, and the email for paying rent did not link to the correct website. NOthing but praise for Jeff Wiese at this storage facility. I was forced out of a different storage location when that company closed and Jeff was able to help get me set up quickly and efficiently. He also set up personnel to be there when we arrived to the storage early on our trip from CA. I had to put most of this back into storage in Michigan, and I wish it were as tidy and inexpensive as Nebraska! Many thanks to Jeff and Ben (who had to cut thru a lock when it became apparent I didn't have the key on my keychain when we started the move).I came by twice to tip Ben but he was already booking your next customer. Train your customer service representatives!!! Was transfered/placed on hold SEVERAL times for a minor issue that was resolved by the LAST person in a matter of seconds! Frustration does NOT decribe the ineptness of the FOUR DIFFERENT associates I spoke with for this issue.Lori V.
This location was recommended by your agent who called and confirms day of use. My original location was not available, contrary to what was mentioned online. She found this location, but did not tell me it was lockbox location. The approval process online was stuck and not user friendly even though all the steps was done. I had to call multiple times for instructions and then to ge the approval completed.Victor M.
