I had to go into the back of the ware house and waited for 30 minutes to finally have it work. The internet was down and then he couldn’t figure it out.

Greg WThe location itself and the guy who owned it get 5 stars, easily. Now U-HAUL ITSELF however, I would give 0 stars if I could. Because of a mix up in the system, I shouldn’t have even been able to rent this truck after hours at all, and while panicking on the phone outside with a VERY unhelpful U-Haul phone operator, the owner just happened to be leaving for the day (they had already been closed at least an hour). I didn’t get his name, but sir you saved our butts last night and I cannot thank you enough how helpful you were. This is my second poor experience however with trying to rent a U-Haul with their mobile self service, I DO NOT recommend using the self service option. It is a nightmare.
Nicholas WThe lady who checked out the vehicle to me accidentally changed my delivery city from Colorado Springs to Coloado City. The distance is 61 miles. I was charged nearly $500 for dropping a truck and car dolly 61 miles from where it should have been. My mistake for not catching the change. But the lady who checked me in in CO didn’t tell me it was going to cost me that much. The charge showed up on my bill several days later. We also had a tire blowout on the trailer and waited 4 hours for someone to show up and fix it. The repair took less than 15 minutes.
julie rIt was not clearly marked on where to park the vehicles, or the drop box. Had to do some investigating to find the drop box.
KELLI EThe return process was very difficult. It was a saturday afternoon and the location was not open so I had to do a virtual return. It wasn't working so I called the number for help and was told "we are having problems right now, call back later" and then disconnected.
Richard QVehicle was clean inside but not outside. No big deal, I washed the windows outside for better visibility/safety.
Peter CVehicle not available even though it was reserved. There was no attempt to contact me that there were no vehicles available. I will consider other rental companies as a result of today's challenges to pick up the truck.
Dorothy MI called before dropping off the truck. The U-Haul rep met me outside, did the inspection, and recorded the mileage. Out of there in 15 minutes. Perfect!
Steve LOur reservation was delayed by 4 hours and we did not get out of our rental on time. When arriving to California we were told there was a glitch in the system and we didn’t actually have a storage unit reserved, even though I reserved this weeks in advance. We were given very little drop off instructions and overall the experience was not good
Jonathan Owindshield was pretty dirty. the air conditioner stopped blowing cold halfway down to portland and didnt come back on until about 20 mins from my destination.

Victor BI liked how the guy saw us pull in and came outside to meet us because the entrance is hard to find and my internet was not working to do an online return.

VINCENT DThe app camera system for taking a picture of the gas/mileage wouldn't go through. It took an hour to fill out the paperwork for the truck. Even when I got there 7 minutes early I didn't leave for a hour after my time had passed due to a location error. I tried to talk to a customer service representative and she kept saying I wasn't even in the system. Also when I finally got the paperwork complete I had to wait for it to get it approved. I didn't know this was part of the process, my ride was gone and they didn't answer their phone while driving so I was completely stuck waiting for approval.

Matthew GI understand that the self-checkout process is so you don't have to have any employees on site because they cost money. Poor cell reception and the app draining my phone battery because of it made it unpleasant and unreasonably difficult and complicated.
Steve LThis is an odd location because it’s not obvious that it’s a pick up sight at all. We only figure it out because we saw the uhaul outside, but it looks like a basic warehouse outside.

Danielle NWhen I was having difficulties checking myself in with the app, the gentleman in charge of the process was extremely kind and helpful and got the process sorted in a matter of a few short minutes. Exceedingly kind and helpful folks overall, and a very nice location, though it was a little odd walking into a furniture store to rent a truck. Odd, but nice.
Bryonne LI received notification very late in the evening that my truck pick up location had changed - I booked my truck on Tuesday for a Saturday pick up. I chose my original location for a specific reason and this was majorly inconvenient to me. It took over 30 minutes of standing in the 30 degree windchill to pick up my truck. My reserved truck was rented to someone while I was there picking it up. We ended up with the same code to the key lockbox and the same truck. My rental was to include an appliance dolly and it wasn’t in the truck. I had to drive across town to get an appliance dolly from another location. Over all a very frustrating situation. The lady on the phone refused to compensate me for any of the inconvenience I endured. Dropping off the truck was a fiasco as well. Overall, the hardest part of my move was the truck. I’ll choose a different truck rental company the next time I am in need of one.
Leslie LThe Uhaul pos system was not working and my reservation was inaccessible by the location rep and also the payment process is beyond sub par! I had 3 separate charges AND I returned the vehicle at approximately 8pm on 10/16/2020. I would hope for a 50% refund for the loss of time and money 👌

Andrew WThis location was in a warehouse. There was no signage. If the person I had talked to had not reference "the green car parked in front of the door", I would not have know what door to go in.

Gregory DThe personal were very helpful, but finding my truck reservations was difficult because my reservations were changed from an initial location on Meridian Street in Bellingham. The people at the initial location were not helpful at all. The people on Hannegan were nice and handled the transition quickly, but were new to handling U-Hauls and I was only supplied with 2 of the 10 furniture clothes I ordered.
