After picking up the trailer, I was told I would get a receipt via email. I said that was fine because they were very busy and I think the printer wasn't working. I never got the email which meant I literally had to spend over an hour on the phone with uhaul 800 number.CHAD B.

I was directed to this location by uhaul staff after the initial hometown (deer park, tx) location cancelled my reservation the morning of the move. I was able to manage a one way trip from the gilmer location back home even though it cost more to do so.JEFFREY W.

I was required to put a $100 deposit, which I've never had to do before. The truck was a complete junker and the guy I rented it from admitted that but didn't offer to replace it. It's was hard. To drive because it sounded like it was falling apart and I could barely keep it on the road because it was so bad. The passenger window wouldn't roll down because the handle was broken off. The fabric on the inside roof was falling down so bad I had to move it to be able to see. The inside windows were so disgusting I had to clean them because I couldn't see at all to drive. It was the worst experience I've ever had with uhaul. Then when I returned it, after paying $100 additional cash deposit- they tell me it will be mailed to me in about 7-10 business days?!!! That's bad business!!! Next time I will use another company. I have used uhaul at least 10 times in the last 15 years. I move a lot due to my jobâ€¦.this was the absolute worst experience ever. I will definitely use a different company when I have to move again. NOT TO MENTION: I ordered a 20 ft truck-which he had 3 of and he gave me a the crappie 30 foot truck that shouldn't be legal to be on the road! I will make sure this is shared on google and all social media pages. I am a single mother of 4 kids and I have to move by myselfâ€¦this made my experience sooooo much harder than it should have been. I can't believe y'all allow vehicles like this on the road. I was worried it wouldn't make it to my destination ! You should be ashamed! And all because he was in a hurry to leave for the weekend!Jeanie M.

Here is where I have issues. Your online drop off locations are outdated some have even closed down completely yet are still showing as a drop off location. My last two rentals with y'all have ended the same way very frustrating to pull up to a place that is listed and then have them tell me that I will have to take it elsewhere or it's an empty closed down lot.Dean K.
