Here is where I have issues. Your online drop off locations are outdated some have even closed down completely yet are still showing as a drop off location. My last two rentals with y'all have ended the same way very frustrating to pull up to a place that is listed and then have them tell me that I will have to take it elsewhere or it's an empty closed down lot.Dean K.

The dealer was very rude and hateful. I asked him to put the safe coverage and he said he did but he failed to do so. He said he did the contract but when I dropped it off, the truck was not on a valid contract. The truck was dirty in the back of it and not well maintained.BRITTANY A.

After hours drop off Will definitely look at other providers for next move but issues are not related to locations but rather to U-Haul in general. Renting a 26 foot truck out of state and allowing Only 2 days for drive, loading and unloading is ridiculous. Why don't you just charge more up front and allow a reasonable amount Of time. Additionally The only way we could have met your 299 mile allowance would have been to go through the steep and curvy mountains of northwest oklahoma. We chose to take the safer route which was to your benefit not tearing up brakes and transmission. Our thank you for being responsible was to be charged for extra mileage. And then after 21/2 days of packing loading and unloading you tell us we have to return the truck An additional 27 miles away From The destination in our contract. We won't even mention the exorbitant charge for â€œtaxesâ€ that we weren't warned about prior to providing a credit card. Total trip was budgeted per the $412 quote on your website. Total cost paid to U-Haul was in excess of $570. Easily the worst experience we have ever had with U-Haul and if we have any choice in the matter it will be the last. After so many positive experiences throughout the years with U-Haul we were totally disappointed !!! Larry and Cindy BomgardnerCindy B.

The longview location was horrible. We made a reservation there and we were not notified by either location that we needed to pick up our truck at a different location other than where the reservation was made. We are utterly disgusted with the service between the gilmer location and longview. The truck they gave me was filthy and had a massive hole or gash in the ceiling of the truck. The person who gave us the keys of the truck did not do a walk around with probably know the condition the truck was in and kept answering their phone telling someone "I'm going, I'm almost done" and then just gave us the keys. Once we arrive at the storage unit to get our things, that's when we saw the condition of the bed. We tried calling bad several times to inform the office of the condition and damage of the truck and no one ever answer and there was no voice mail set up to leave a message either.ROSA R.
