Not the fault of Honest 1 Auto as its simply a corporate Uhail issue but I wasn't thrilled that I reserved at one location two weeks in advance and then the day prior to my pickup my pickup location changed without my consent. Original location was 1 mile from my moving location. Spent time and money going to pick/deliver truck and then had to pay for those miles. This is the second time I have rented a U-haul where this has happened.

As usual Uhaul jerked me around on my pickup location. I reserved a 15 ft truck 3 weeks before required. Shortly thereafter Uhaul changed my desired pickup location without my consent. On the day of, the revised location did NOT have my truck. They were kind enough to call around to find me a 20 ft. truck. Thankfully Honest 1 had a truck available This is truly BS. Every time I reserve a truck a head of time with Uhaul, the company changes my pickup location and then the truck is still unavailable. I am done with Uhaul!

It was closed at drop off. Also, the key drop is broken and was easy to access after the drop. For future safety purposes I'd recommend they have it fixed.

Not sure what the point of a reservation number is. I rented a truck, pads, dolly and furniture mover. When I went to pick up the truck. The truck was all that was there. I had to drive all the way to Daytona for the supplies.

Jay was wonderful to work with. I was running a few minutes late to pick up the truck by the 4 pm cutoff time so I called and Jay told me not to worry and to drive safe and that he would be there when I arrived. He is definitely an asset for both Honest 1 and U-Haul.

Trailer was not in good health it wobbled like I had squares for tires and the truck is brand new 2020 so I know it wasn't that. Loaded or unloaded this thing was scary on the back. But the one I got in Daytona last year wasn't nearly as bad and I'd rate that experience 4 stars. This time just had a lemon trailer that was missing the electrical cable and I had to come back for it before I could use the trailer. It was frustrating.

after paying $59 for the car hauler on Sat the 19th of Sept . sales person told me i i couldn't return it be 3:00 that day to bring it back on Mon. the 21st. , I returned ie on Monday & parked it in parking lot , told sales person i returned it , he said ok thanks . Today Sept 25 i see my bank acc was charged another $292.61 . Not sure why ???

I was charged the right rate, billed to credit card, then , 24 hours later added cleaning fee? Truck was clean!! Is this a money making scheme? So it took 2 days to decide trick was dirty? Also on this new charge gas meter was not in the right spot. Feel they rented it out again and I got charged for the next client.

The process was confusing and redundant. I was required to make my selections during the reservation process on line. Then I was required to repeat much of the same stuff when I “checked in” online. Then I was required to repeat all the same information when I went to get the key.

I had requested a dolly and furniture pads however they were not in the van. When I called uhaul I was told there was a note in my file that said they weren't available at that location so they would be removed from my order. No one notified me of this so on the day of my move I spent the first hour tracking down a rental dolly.

The customer service rep was rude and told me I needed to chill because I questioned a charge on my credit card. He had 2 $70 charges. I only rented the van for 45 minutes and went 12 miles. It took longer to check the truck back in then how long I used it. Then when I when I took the van back, there was no one there that could check it back in and I had to wait for 15 minutes for him to come back.

Only problem I ordered 3dozen furniture pads. Was told none available because of Covid19. Uhaul dropped the ball by not contacting us with this info. We had a hard time locating 15 pads at Lowe's and Home Depot. This was unacceptable on Uhauls part.

Very aloof, I didn't know what to expect on turn in. I turned in before the placed closed. I thought I needed to fill out paper work because I had received so many text messages about turn in. It took several questions to find out I just had to leave the key and they would bill me via e-mail. I would have much rather known if there would br extra charges, although there we none. It was a pleasure doing business with U-Haul.
