This location only assist with customer through phone, no one there to help me at the location and even it's hard to find the location, had to drive 30 minutes from my location and didn't give me any extra miles to drive home and move to new address And charge me for extra mile because I had drive home from rental location and then move to the new address Which took me some extra miles So disappointed that not fair even after explaining the situationMd A.

Everything was wonderful. The gentleman assisting me it was very kind. We did however order a dolly and furniture dollies that were not included with the truck.Cara S.

If you are going to charge for gas, please have the kindness to deliver the trunk with a full tank. And even after that error has been made. Please respond to one of the three emails I sent asking for a refund.jose A.
The truck had bad, loose steering and needed alignment. The check engine light was on. It was clean otherwise. The location was okay and the guy was friendly and made sure to meet me there on a Saturday to make sure I pick up the truck without issues.Ilin G.

The location is unclear! Their seems to be 3 multiple companies U-Haul retail dealers with in 900feet. The owners or U-Haul needs to have better signs for customers to find Lock box for customers to use. The truck was left dirty and trash inside when rented the U-Haul today. Was told to clean it ourselves at the dumper on-site.Jared B.
If this location is being used, it would be nice to know ahead of time that their are 2 different U-Haul companies in the same building. I had the hardest time trying to get my U-Haul. Which delayed me moving in a timely matterTramane S.
