Horn Trevor Feed business is great. My problem is with the reservation process. I completed the more extensive 'check in' process on the Uhaul website which was supposed to shorten the time at the store picking up my rental. It did not. The same questions were asked of me that I had already answered when completing the questionnaire. i.e. What was I hauling. Did I want trailer insurance. What size truck was I using. What was the license plate number etc. Don't have customers spend time pre-registering if it won't actually save time when they arrive to pick up the rental.

Very friendly, helpful staff. They hooked the trailer up to my truck, checked all of the lights, had me pull forward a few feet just to make sure everything was all tight on the ball/hitch. Couldn't have asked for a better experience! All I had to do was drive away, I will definitely use this location for all of my U-Haul needs!!

I was automatically charged for insurance when I didn't request it. I tried to contact the customer service line and they could do nothing.

The worst experience I have ever had renting a truck. Was called in the morning of and was told I would have to go 15 miles out of my way to pick up the truck they did give me a mileage credit and a $50 credit which was nice but when I got to the location it was closed so I had to use my phone to access the keys, I sat for an hour trying to access the information on my phone, it had my credit card information but it said it was not going through so I had to go back in the morning to pick it up which put me hours behind on my move. I was also charged for insurance I didnt want and told someone about it and they were going to take it off but they never did. $15 charge. Not happy with this experience at all.

Nothing with the location but the UHaul rental process takes a long time to complete.

It would have been helpful to verify/confirm/have available type of connector needed for trailer lights prior to arrival. I had to make a side trip to an auto parts store to get what was needed.

All was good... except that the parking break had sharp burr on it and left a gash half way down my inner middle right finger. You might want to have that addressed.

We were having trouble getting the hitch put on our vehicle. I called to ask what time they were open to because of the holiday. The young lady shared with me that they closed at five but that U-Haul finished checking out at 4 PM. I explained to her the problem we were having with the hitch, and she felt it necessary to tell me that we could not get the trailer after 4. When we arrived, several hours before closing, the girl helping us didn’t know how to Check us out and had to FaceTime the person that did. We then had to go back because they didn’t give us our blankets.
