I drop my rental off and was not properly checked in. They tried to claim I dropped it off two days later and put extra charges on my credit card. Not happy about this at all.

Hi Jamie, this is Deven with U-Haul, I am contacting you regarding the 10ft truck you have not returned. Please send me a text of your plan to return my truck, if not it will be reported stolen. The truck was returned same day… confirmed with who I got it from to so Mr. Deven.. stop assuming shit. Thanks
