People are good, but they didn't check the truck when they received it. they said you are all set, both are kind but then I have a surprise, they charged me for additional fees that I wasn't expect, fuel $10.35 and cleaning Fee $25. I don't know why, I Put exactly the same gas and truck doesn't need cleaning
KATHYA PDon’t tell someone how long they need to rent it for by your bullshit idea of how long it takes people to drive to Florida. It takes two days make not five quit scamming people out of money!

Peter NJust like pick up of truck was super easy and the employees were super nice. Also when I called your 800 number, people where super nice and tired to help me to the best of there abilities. It was the total opposite at drop off. First my first time using app to drop off so app didn't was to get the location. They took almost 4 days to finish the drop off process. Called me Monday morning to ask where I parked the truck so I guess they didn't even bother to look at the front of their parking lot. When I told them I had pictures I took at drop off it suddenly appeared. If all that was not bad enough... when I picked up truck they told me each extra mile would be .99 cent and drop off location charged me 1.49 a mile. When I used your site to reserve truck the app calculations of miles obviously were not correct. I think that happened because location availability was farther. I didn't mind the .99 cent more a mile but why 1.49 when they said .99 cent. It is really frustrating that I had to wait so long for a response from drop off location I was so stressed I was about to call the police and report truck stolen when they told me they didn't find the truck that I literally parked in front of their camera and next to another same size truck. They didn't even called me or emailed back to let they found it.
JESUS VNeeded help unhooking trailer but no one would help. Also I didn’t select this location it was assigned and it was 45 min drive even though I passed 5 other locations along the way.

Maggie MI was having problems trying to rent a U-Haul through the app. I went to the U-Haul place and the staff there was amazing friendly professional and well maintained establishment. He corrected the ongoing issue and I was in and out. Smooth and easy process. I would highly recommend this location to anyone that is looking to rent!
Luirma RI was supposed to pick up my truck at Hide away storage in Cape Coral but my truck was not there. I was then directed to Horners Auto repair and my truck was not there as well and then directed again to another location in Ft Myers

Kylie WThe car hauler was rusted out and one side we couldn't use the strap for the tire. The hydraulic oil was low on the trailer so the breaks were not good. I received no paperwork from the uhaul place and they gVe me the truck on empty with no gas. I really would like a refund foe the car hauler that was definitely a hazard to drive
MICHELE BWe stood in store for over ten minutes before a RUDE guy came in to "help" us. He would "NOT" process us out. Said we "just drop the key in the bix. We don't care!" We brought truck back on the day before it was due. Guy didn't want to be bothered. Side note: truck was great! No issues whatsoever!
William SI would tell the customer to have them make sure there’s gas in the truck to make sure the vehicle is clean and to make sure that they check the tires because there was absolutely no gas in the truck. It was filthy, dirty and I had to get three new tires on the truck because there were nails in the tires And no one even checked that truck at all so it was a terrible experience.
Frank IPut out some signage that atleast says Uhaul on it… we sat there for a while just trying to decide if we were in the right place. We were required to drop the truck off before 8am but the location did not open until 9am… that was a little frustrating. There was zero signage telling us where to park or leave the keys.

Brian GI would like to get a credit on this rental since I never did take it out is state due to car trouble. U-Haul Customer Service is lacking on this issue.
Greg WTruck was blocked in an required another truck moved to get it out safely. They did move the blocking truck. The app locked up and required restarting. Truck damage was not documented and I was over 30 minutes delayed due to issues. The truck was under 1/4 of fuel at pickup. And I was told to return the truck with the same or more fuel or be charged. Also a $30 fee if returned under 1/4 fuel. The two requirements were a automatic problem with no answers. The truck should NOT have been available for pickup without at least 1/4 tank of fuel. When I returned the guy refused to look at my pictures of the fuel and he had another employee tell him the fuel level in vague terms and wrong level was entered. And he only said to call uhaul to get the correct fuel level without a $16 charge. I had to spend almost 1 hour to correct the problem Truck was good. The delays and disrespectful fuel level reporting was not good
Steven TI paid on line and it was like $56.00. When I picked up the trailer the person I checked in with said I would recommend the $16 insurance. I didn't say a thing and after I left I noticed my bill was adjusted and it was like $70 because the agent put the insurance on my bill without my permission.
Joe AWhen we walked in the girl just looked at us,never greeted us, continued to eat her French fries. We said we have a reservation she never responded just acted annoyed. Didn't explain anything, continue to act annoyed. Then she said the guy will bring it up front. My husband walked over to where he drove it to showed him the paper work and said this is our truck rental. The guy wouldn't give us the keys, so husband walked back in place to see what the issue was and the girl didn't even remebter he just rented it!! Rude, rude and we left. Then they didn't put the milage in correctly on the paper work so the lady at the drop off location wouldn't take it in. She said well this isn't my problem you'll have to call uhaul! 45 mins later uhaul customer service finally took care of it. Call drop off location. She also want to charge for cleaning of the passenger side cab and we never had a passenger so she was going to charge it to the other rental place. This has been a cluster with these two places. Very upset about it. Wouldn't use or reccomend either place!!

Charley WThis was a LAST MINUTE change of pick up location which was EXTREMELY INCONVENIENT and unacceptable. We "made a deal" when I reserved the unit. A decent and honorable company doesn't make major last minute changes and then say "Screw you -- take it or leave it!"
Candler LThere is an app and some confusing directions that seem like they might be if a customer is doing after hours returns. I and another customer were originally told to return the items without the help of personel(only half of them knew how to do anything Uhaul.) It turned out that I was OK for checkin with personel since I only was returning a small trailer and I got the help I needed/wanted. If you want folks to return your stuff with the app, they should explain that at the pickup. Also, I was led to believe That the "Flexible" return was only 5 miles from me, but it was more like 15. All in all, I think U-Haul is a gem of a company and the Value I got was outstanding. I only offer these comments in the hopes of making you even better. Ken

PHILIP Lthe truck was damaged pretty good and the engine stalled frequently and bad vibration at 70 mph;
philip lNo problem with pick up location other than there were computer glitches the day of pick up that caused about 45 minute delay in paper work being processed. Kathy was very patient and helpful but the computer problem was not just in her system but at other main location in the area. The only negative when then arraignments were first being established for truck pickup was I was told by the location on Tamiami Trail in North Fort Myers their location may not have a truck available for the scheduled date and I would need to go Sarasota or Naples to get the truck. (the N. Fort Myers location was my first choice since it was closest to my address for loading) That was not acceptable so I went a little further north to Horners location.
