Tow dolly was rusty as were the ratchets. The tech at first just helped us get our car on and then said “there you go” and wasn’t going to hook us up but we told him that in the past U-Haul required they do the hook up so he finally did. 2 hrs down the road we had an explosive blowout that damaged my rim. 4 hrs later they brought another dolly and the tech that did it said the chains were never put on connecting the car to the dolly. I would NEVER rent from that location again.
