I did not opt for the coverage, so I’m concerned that I was charged for it without my consent. I also returned the vehicle before my scheduled return time, yet was charged for an additional full day of both rental and coverage. I understand reasonable cleaning charges if the vehicle requires deep cleaning due to spills or excessive mess, but charging $26 simply because the pads were not folded seems excessive and unreasonable. Overall, these charges were disappointing and significantly impacted my experience.
