The address was incorrect in the app. Once we found the location, we could not mobile pickup as we booked as the location isnt set up for that this delaying our move. We also ordered a furniture dolly. I even called Uhaul before move day to confirm. I was told by some regional equipment manage that the non-truck equipment isnt guaranteed, which was a useless reservation. Once we got the truck it was fine, clean, had the equipment although a skid with wheels isnt a furniture dolly, it was something. The people at Hot Tub Express were nice but most of our communication was by calling haul and live chatting. Very disappointing. Would pause before renting from Uhaul again.

I did not opt for the coverage, so I’m concerned that I was charged for it without my consent. I also returned the vehicle before my scheduled return time, yet was charged for an additional full day of both rental and coverage. I understand reasonable cleaning charges if the vehicle requires deep cleaning due to spills or excessive mess, but charging $26 simply because the pads were not folded seems excessive and unreasonable. Overall, these charges were disappointing and significantly impacted my experience.
