George G.I extended the usage and when the lady called she told me I was put on a theft list. For two days really now she lying saying she didn't say that. All I'm going to say I never heard of anything like that but it's ok it was a race issue but when my son called the corporate office it was fine for location. Just know all BLACK PEOPLE DO NOT STEAL. I have my entire phone list of me calling her back and she wouldn't answer.

The biggest issue was not being made fully aware these things would be needed. It was just a blessing I had a copy of my passport on my phone from recent travel. The process was very laborious and tedious to check out the truck.

Stephen P.Upon checking the interior of the cargo van the inside was very dirty. I brought this to the attention of the owner and he had one of his workers try to sweep out the cargo area with some success. I still had to do more sweeping when I got the van home. I felt with my experiences with other rental locations that the interior was in excellent condition. Also, the outside was very dirty. Kind of disappointed. Found the after hours check in very complicated and very time consuming. All in all I'd use this location again.
