Meliss O'BrienThere were no signs to indicate where to park upon return. My issues were not with the pick up - that was fine. I had an issue with needing to change the drop off location, and was on hold for over an hour before I hung up, even after explaining my situation twice and asking to speak to a supervisor. The auto drop off was ridiculous. Too many pictures required when I couldn’t even get somebody to answer my questions over the phone. The app is not user friendly. No place to get a live person. Very disappointed. I doubt I’ll rent from U-Haul again.

Bruce CrownThe U-Haul facility was great and its people were very helpful. I've used U Haul 4 times in the last year. Three of those times in the last four months. If I check in and out with a live person then it has been a great experience. However, when I need to do one or the other using your app, the experience is very frustrating. Your app does not work well. Other than that, I like your products, services and locations. It's your app not working well that turned a great experience on Sunday to 40 minutes of frustration at the end of the day.

George GonnalaI extended the usage and when the lady called she told me I was put on a theft list. For two days really now she lying saying she didn't say that. All I'm going to say I never heard of anything like that but it's ok it was a race issue but when my son called the corporate office it was fine for location. Just know all BLACK PEOPLE DO NOT STEAL. I have my entire phone list of me calling her back and she wouldn't answer.

William CrowleyThe “quick” pick up took 45 minutes!! No one ever got on the line when I called & waited on hold almost 1 hour!! I had to repeat steps multiple times trying to check in on the app. I tried using the chat option but the responses were very slow. I would not recommend this option.

Dale ButkusThe self check out process was absolutely horrible. We were required to send in a picture of the contract and a photo of our passports. What on earth? The biggest issue was not being made fully aware these things would be needed. It was just a blessing I had a copy of my passport on my phone from recent travel. The process was very laborious and tedious to check out the truck.

DAve gebelTeam at Tonys was great. I walked in a few days in advance of my move and changed some things about my reservation and they gladly made the changes. I’m pretty sure they could have told me to just do it myself 😀
