Truck was in decent shape. Driver’s seat was ripped, and the cab needs cleaning. Back was clean enough for our purposes, and then we left it better than we found it. Pickup and drop off were easy, and the attendant was courteous.
KAREN Mthe lady didn't know what she was doing. it took an excessive amount of time to get the truck. this was the second location. the first location didn't have the truck i had ordered. the truck was extremely dirty. i had to clean the truck inorder to use it.

Nurbis DOvercharged like crazy and it took forever to even get the U-Haul because nobody was at the front desk and you had to sit there and ring a phone. Finally they came out when she tried to check me into my reservation. They tried overcharging me by $15. Then they told me a certain amount with my miles and my tax online. But then when she charged me it was still $7 more than what they were charging me online. Then I come back and they tried charging my card a whole another $68 and couldn't get it. So then they went back and tried charging two. So now I'm very dissatisfied

Erinn HThis location was part of a hotel that was not inviting. The individual did not seem to want to work. I was expecting someone to walk with me to inspect the vehicle and to close out my contract but this did not happen. I was told to use the app. She offered a little help but when I went to get the mileage, she disappeared. I figured the app out and closed out the trip and left the key in the drop box. This place has no business representing U-Haul.
JEFFREY BWhen we arrived for pickup of the truck that we had rented, the first person who approached the desk shouted at us rudely. He told us that our reservation was for 8:00 and walked off. He never returned. It was at that moment 8:02, so we did not understand his problem or his attitude. Twenty minutes later, a woman came to handle the reservation. We asked for a copy of the receipt to be printed, so that we could keep it with us in the truck, but she was unable to print it. She emailed the receipt, but did not print it. When we read the receipt, we realized that a $75 charge for Safemove had been added. We did not ask for this on the original receipt. We called Customer Service at U-Haul, and received a $50 credit for due to the rude treatment that we had received, but we were told that nothing could be done about the $75 charge until after we had turned in the truck. In addition to all of this, the inside of the truck was dirty, both in the cab and in the box. This was just a thoroughly disappointing experience. It was nothing like any UHaul rental that we had ever had before.
MARCUS SOffice was good, and the lady at front desk was friendly and professional. The location was convenient, however the motel, which is where the trucks are parked, is in need of updating and repairs. To the average person, this setting and appearance is uncomfortable if alone, and would be scary after dark.

Susan CThe absolute worst UHAUL experience ever. The UHAUL place was a motel and the person who finally helped me barely spoke english. This was a simple trailer rental in which I had to hook up myself. No one checked the lights or looked to see if if was safe to tow. The woman helping me couldn't get things straight in the computer either and just finally sent me on my way. This outfit should in no way be renting UHAUL equipment and give this company and bad name. The drop off location in Murfreesboro is awesome and the staff is always helpful and professional which is what customers expect. This is an honest and accurate review.
