I will never rent from this location again. U-Haul’s operating practice of waiting until the day before your scheduled pickup date to confirm equipment availability is a joke. I selected a different location that was closer, easier to get to, that I was familiar with, and that I knew had everything I needed for my trip (excluding the actual trailer to be rented). When I arrived at “House of Muhammad” the only thing letting me know I was in the right place was the equipment. No signage, no name of the business. Just a parking lot at a sketchy mechanic shop. When I asked the mechanic about the rest of my order (trailer ball and moving pads) he stated he didn’t have any of that and that I would need to go somewhere else for that stuff. The trailer ball is necessary to move the rented trailer, why wou lm don’t that be available, or at least if I’d been made aware of the situation I could’ve picked it up at my original scheduled location. After driving 40 minutes round trip back to this joke if a place, I was told to lift the trailer onto my vehicle myself, no help was offered as the mechanic said “he doesn’t have anything to do with u-haul”. Overall, customers should avoid this place like the plague. And U-Haul corporate should stop doing business with this place as it is not representing its brand positively.

Added on safemove $15 without my authorization. Nobody was around when drop off occurred. Upon pickup waited forever to get the truck and anybody working there could be found. Overall a terrible location for U-Haul.
RUSSELL LThis was the second location I had to take the truck and trailer. After a long day of moving I was hoping for an easy drop off. I first took the truck to the selected drop off spot GP Auto. After pulling in to this spot and beginning the drop off I was informed by the guy at this place that he could not take the truck. He said he didn’t have space. There was one other UHaul truck parked there. If his max limit is one truck this should not be a U-Haul drop off. Very frustrating to have to call U-Haul and find a new spot and drive the truck and trailer there.
CALEB MAbdul was exceptional with customer service and his trucks are clean and run well. I’d like to see his business expand because he’s one of the best dealers I’ve dealt with so far.

Leyrinette CThis was the sketchiest uhaul experience of my life. I dropped my vehicle off 3/14 about 3pm. It took several phone calls, a threat to sue and involve police, before the process was completed. I texted and called the 3rd party person several times on Friday, no response. I called customer service line Sunday. Was assured it would be handled. It wasnt. I received a text Tuesday morning, stating my vehicle was overdue and I was outisde the contract. When I called, the lady ignored my request for a supervisor and sounded like she just set the phone down. I was heated, but not beligerent. So I yet again contacted customer service. I would never recommend this terrible experience to anyone. The location when I arrived Friday afternoon was confusing. Just a sign on the gate stating Uhaul with no directions where to go. I went inside the casino area, was advised to go next door which was a mechanic shop who told me to park the vehicle and leave the keys because the 3rd party vendor wasn't there. The 3rd party vendor would not respond to phone calls or texts. Either the 3rd party needs to step up their game, or uhaul should consider ending the contract before they get sued.
