Truck did not seem to be "detailed" after last rental. Cup holders and floor very grungy. Truck did not run very well either. Very "hesitant" when pushing gas pedal. Truck kind of "sputtered" when trying to get up to speed.

Person at the counter was probably imbibing in the products they normally sell. Did not come to point out the equipment or it's features, never mind ensuring the tow vehicle was appropriate. Then was completely dismissive at check in, didn't come look or see anything????

I can't turn around with my pickup truck with the enclosed trailer. I have to push trailer myself!!!!! Into space because, U-Haul don't want the employees to help.I was told by U-Haul employee....NICE U-Haul !!!

I rent trucks at this location about 10-14 times year. The entire staff at this location does a great job. I tell all my friends to use this location.

Everything went well. Only thing I was unsatisfied about is making a online reservation at the location by my house & had insurance & the equipment dolly in the orginal order. But since that location didn't have that size truck. I was given another location that was far from my home & no dolly or insurance was added. I think someone could have called to let me know the change. Plus I really needed that dolly

The place is a smoke house and they not focused on U-Hall, 3 minutes from them the real thing with much better service. I booked a dally /trolley and paid in advanced, When I arrive they said they just gave the last one, they didn’t care and didn’t offer to call and solve the issue, I drove myself and wasted half an hour to rent it from your location., The number on the car keys didn’t match the license plate and it was snowing,they didn’t offer to help , maybe to bring the car to the front.

Location is fraud. Claimed I didn’t put in fuel when I have a receipt to prove it. Also, charged me 30 bucks for cleaning fee without any reason. Will be calling corporate to discuss.

House of Smoke saved this rental for me. Uhaul changed my location and pick up time after previously confirming my rental. I spoke to Raquel in "customer service" who was rude, disrespectful and wouldn't provide any help, so I got mad. She just kept saying there was nothing she could do, nothing is confirmed, every rental was subject to change even AFTER confirmation. She was the rudest most unhelpful representative I have ever delt with. House of Smoke suggested I call again, and Uhaul corporate could not problem solve their way out of a paper bag. No I couldn't pick it up early with the 24 hour check in/out and had me call the "local scheduling office"... Nope, back to House of Smoke who absolutely handled the situation with a simple resolution. I WASTED hours of my short visit "home" dealing with the corporate "customer service" on hold and with someone who was either obnoxious or couldnt figure anything out. I will NEVER use uhaul again. This is just one situation of several over the past few months.

The worst experience ever. I will never ever use uhaul for anything. You changed my rental location to a location out of the way from our move. And when we got there our order was cancelled. Don’t know why the hell you guys would cancel after confirm with us 24 hrs prior. And then our order wasn’t all there. I had to go to another location to pick up items that I purchased. Because they didn’t have it. This is the worst moving experience ever. And I will never recommend uhaul to anyone.

I had the worst experience ever and will go Penske as before. I was lied to when told I could return where I live and had to drive for two hours to return it. I was treated rudely. The customer service on the phone was horrible and took one hour and 4 minutes and nothing was resolved. This is not the first horrific experience with U-haul. I detest the unprofessionalism, faulty equipment, scams and lies. Go Penske!!!

Very lousy customer service , it appears that store supervisor is not even interested in my business. Asked me to take the trailer from back of his garage. Did not even come out as a courtesy to show the rental trailer to the customer.

The place I had it reserved at did not even have the vehicle. They sent me down the street to another place to try to get a vehicle I reserved a month ago. At the new location the person checking it out barely knew how to talk to a customer. He was more interested in playing chess on the computer. Then I get in the vehicle and the tire is low. Definitely not a good experience.

I rent from UHaul about twice a year. 1) This location was over 20 miles from my location. 2) they did not have the dolly that I reserved. I took a furniture dolly instead, but it was not the tool that I needed. 3) the windshield wiper blade was faulty. I fixed it so I could drive. 4) the windshield had dirt (maybe sap) that would not come off, making driving into the sun hazardous. My experience is usually good, not this time.

I reserved a truck. I arrived at the location. I inspected the truck but couldn't see the exciting mileage because it read "low tire". the gas Gage was 1/8th below 3/4 tank but on the document it stated that the tank had 3/4 full. I asked for no insurance coverage. No attendant cared to check the truck or listen to me. All they said was, "we will take care of it". I drove the truck for 12 miles but was charged for 25 miles and $14 for insurance. I called the manager at the store to ask about the charges. He stated," we get this shit calls all of the time". He hung up on me. They owe me $25. I drove 12 miles not 25 and I asked for no insurance but they still charged me. I want my $25 . I used the truck to donate furniture to the Good Will.

This was a joke. I made a reservation well in advance to pick up my uhaul at 5:30pm on July 26th because I had to be out of my apartment that night. When I arrived there was no sign or anything indicating a Uhaul location, I called and found out it was inside a vape shop called House of Smoke. Well the employees at house of smoke gave my reserved truck to someone else and told me it would be back at 7pm but the truck did not arrive till 10pm. I talked to customer service multiple times, each time waited 30-45min and twice they hung up on me. I waited from 5:30pm till 10pm in their parking lot trying to get answers or a phone call to go through and I got no help. When the truck did show up they did not show me or teach me how to attach the tow. They said they "weren't allowed to leave the store." I had to look up a YouTube video to learn how to do it myself. They lowered my price to match Penske but was given no compensation. They wasted my whole night, not meeting two reservations, not showing me how to tow and I moved out late. I will never make another reservation with uhaul and I will never recommend them.

Nothing really with the location other than it was not the location I originally selected. Same with the drop-off. Yet I was charged $7.20 for additional mileage. It seems to me I did you a favor by eliminating your need to position your trucks....how bout scratching my back and refunding the charge? Plus the mirrors suck not adjustability terrible position for a tall driver

It is a smoke shop! Not a good image for U-Haul. Employee was reluctant to connect the trailer to the U-Haul truck, stating it was a liability for him to hook up the trailer. He did eventually help me but I was asked to crawl under the trailer and hook up one side to the car chassis. Very unprofessional.

My original drop off location was a place not even affiliated with U-Haul so I had to put extra mileage on the truck and still got charged for it. I’ll never use U-Haul again

Employees were not well informed on what issue I had and did not answer phone when there was a question on this issue! They should have found out and called me back. I called the Rand Rd & Camp Mc Donald Rd in Mt Prospect IL U Haul Mgr which knew the answer!
