Jose OWas super easy and fast. The only issue I had was with the U-Haul app itself. When trying to upload images of the truck before taking it the app would actually send the photos after I took them. Had to restart the app to get it to work. Other than that the interaction was easy and fast.
Brandon OService was very fast and friendly, but there were issues with the App they were using working only very slowly leading to unnecessary delay.

RAY JOwner of the store was so rude! Had no idea what he was doing. Didn’t give me the furniture pads I paid for! Would stop helping me to help other customers! I’m a customer too!! Two customers even said he was rude and left his store. I would never go there again. Rudest and unprofessional business man
