The location was fine. The app and website sucks. I apparently booked a van at the same time as someone else but their pickup time was earlier so the van wasn’t there when I arrived. The login process was excruciating and I couldn’t complete. I have an account. The website kept showing an error when using my email or phone and logging in or creating an account. One time code never arrived via phone. The app only had the option for phone which my account is created with. I used the website as a guest and had multiple white pages appear.

Ursula PIt was impossible to fill the gas tank. Something was wrong with it. You had to barely squeeze and hold the entire time so gas filled very slowly and it took quite a bit of strength and over 30 minutes just to put 20 gallons in.
