Used after hours drop off and they emailed me a receipt first thing in the morning after they checked the trailer back in. Didn't have to interact with anyone, but they seem to have good customer service based on sending me a receipt.

The location was an old gas station with a messy interior and two dogs that run all over the place and one even gets up on the counter where customers sign the paperwork. The employee was professional and helpful, it was just the building that was the problem.

They evidently can't see a 20' truck or 2 dollies in it. Some how they checked in the 12 ft trailer attached to it and the 18 blankets beside the dollies.

I was towing a small Honda Insight that sits so low to the ground that I ripped off the heat shield and some other underbelly shield when loading the car. There aren't a lot of Honda Insights out there, but the personnel might be aware that that could be a problem for the next driver. My car is old with numerous problems (one of which is the heat shield was already zip-tied together) so I'm not complaining, but just for your folks to be aware for the next person driving a low-to-the-ground car.

The internet check in for pickup did not go smoothly. We had to have the person in charge come to the location to help us and she was not friendly and made us feel like we didn't do something right when in fact it was her mistake. We never received an apology or anything. It was frustrating! But the truck was well maintained and suited its purpose for our move.

This location( Lyle , WA was friendly and helpful. Our original booking of truck in Rufus, OREGON was absolutely horrible.They did not have the truck when we went to go pick up and the absolute worse service and organization.

I had reserved to use app. It did not work, location closed. Luckily someone showed up and finalized reservation old fashion way. The 2 dz. blankets i requested were not in truck. If the app had worked i would not have had them. I will not use the app ever and will not use Hunsaker oil.

Returned unit at 3:10 pm a day early and was told I was to be charged a late fee because the attendant had left the facility at 3 pm. Also the unit was returned clean and they wanted to bill me because they swept it out. It seemed unprofessional and in business like on both counts.

The truck had under a tank of fuel and they didn't check for damage on the truck before I left so I didn't get blamed for it. Lucky for me where I dropped it off they knew that it was damage from someone else because of stickers placed on it.

It was dark when I arrived at Hunsaker Oil in Lyle, WA as opposed to when I arrived earlier in Hood River, OR. Hunsaker was closed, so I didn't see anyone. I detached the trailer myself. Not a pleasant experience for a 75 year old man.
