If I had to recommend U-Haul I would. The service is fair but I find that your staff does not know the system my last and final call was to the your office so to speak and the lady on the phone put me on hold and sent me to her supervisor well somehow or another your call got routed to another state and that lady didn't know she was talking about either until she heard the problem. Pick up was a horrible mess not only was the stuff not in the truck but I had to purchase it separately then when it came time to deliver the truck back to you there is different locations that I was supposed to take it to once said Enterprise the other one said Prattville and the third one sed opp. Then getting the right phone number was another impossible task to where to take it so I took it to the nearest dealer and they said they could take it of course you're going to try to charge me for it because it wasn't at your destination but when you guys don't know what you're talking about how do you expect a customer to know this is just one of many things I can tell you.
