The actual business location is located down the street from where the vehicles are kept. If you’re unfamiliar with the location it is confusing as to where the key boxes are actually located. This cost us at least 30-45 minutes along with difficulties getting the pictures to properly upload. Once the keys were located everything fell into place. The vehicle itself was clean and ready. We also did a product delivery from a different location as well. The 5X8 trailer was picked up from the 49 Mildred St location in Montgomery, AL and transported to Columbus,GA along with the truck. Mr Aaron at the Mildred St location had the paperwork ready and was totally prepared for our arrival and immediately assisted us in getting everything we needed to complete this product delivery. Mr Aaron was super friendly and helpful. Each time in the past that I have done a transaction at this location I have been fortunate to be able to deal with Mr Aaron. He definitely goes above and beyond to ensure his customers get everything they need and are 100% aware of all aspects of the rental process. Mr Aaron is the best!!! The Mildred St location is well maintained and easily accessible as well!

After I waited for almost an hour for the guy to answer my call because I didn’t have a lock box code and then he gave me the wrong on so we had to wait some more. We finally got it. He was not the friendliest. The return store was never there I proceeded to finish the 24/7 drop off and then the box couldn’t be located. It was no where near the front of the store. I finally had to go to the shop next door for help to find the box. The whole process was ridiculous
Ashley MIssue wasn’t with the location it was the truck itself. The mirror on the truck was broken so I had to be followed by my wife the whole trip in order to switch lanes as I could not see. The front end of the truck is in need of major maintenance. It shook the whole ride and felt like a death trap. We will be calling customer service as this was not a good experience.
