I had to make 4 phone calls over 1 hour to be able to pick up this vehicle due to constant issues, then got a phone call saying I had to return the lock left on the vehicle or be charged $30/day when there was no drop box that would fit the lock, then more technical difficulties and phone calls on drop off.
