I was charged $12 for fuel and it had more in it when I returned it than when I picked it up. I should not have been charged.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkMy origional pick up location five miles from home didn't have the 20-foot truck I had confirmed. As a result, I had to drive to the DeFuniak location 34 miles one way. The pickup location had trash bags lying next to the trailer that clearly a few racoons or other animals were enjoying. Grass was almost to my knees, my rental vehicle was not cleaned (sand, spilled coffee in the tray, empty "Monster" cans).

Elizabeth lThis company was hard to get a hold of and they closed at 2 o’clock in the afternoon. They made me do a mobile pick up after I showed up and no one was there. There was no cell service so I couldn’t upload photos. I wouldn’t recommend this location to my friend or enemy. While I was there someone else showed up and they had the same problem I did and I had to help them rent their truck and I don’t even work for U-Haul. It was a bad situation all the way around.
