When I picked up the truck the gas tank was 1/2 full, when I returned the truck it was completely full, it would of been nice to have some kind of credit for that. Just saying.

I have no way to say N/A to this location because we just dropped it off after hours. However we were told to just put the key in the box. We did that then saw we had to check out through the app. So we had to download the app, find our reservation, only to find out we were supposed to take a picture of the odometer. We could still check out but I was worried we were going to get charged. I just think overall communication needs to be better.
BRIAN AI have used this location many times for trailer rentals & have never had any issues. They are always friendly & courteous. Would definitely recommend them! Always a great experience with no issues.

DON WWe were very frustrated by there being a bad cell signal there so it took us almost an hour and multiple phone calls to the 800 number and driving to get a better cell signal to complete our online check in before hours. If they had a sign on the door that told people they could use their Wifi, that would have made all the difference. Otherwise, everything was fine.

Alan BThe lady was very rude…when we rented your truck there was 1/4 tank of gas when we returned it there was a little over 3/4 tank. I asked for the difference for gas as I had $50.00 in gas in your u haul truck and the lady laughed at me and said that was my problem she’s an independent contractor and I’d have to call U-Haul for any refund…. If y’all aren’t going to reimburse people for the gas left in the truck well that very bad business and I will never rent from U-Haul again

Sandra LWhen pivking up the truck, the app could neither find my location (even after giving the app access to location services) nor scan the barcode on the key boxes (the app would not go to the camera mode, again, even after granting permission). When returning the vehicle, the wevsite would not process the information and photo that was entered. Thankfully, the attendant in the office was understanding and helpful. Automaton = 2/5. Customer service = 5/5.

Chris MThe only van available to meet my needs was dedicated. Forcing me to pay for 18 additional miles that I otherwise wouldn't have had to go. I feel like that's a crap ripoff for a disabled veteran on a fixed income. I will never recommend Highway 50 Storage to anyone.

Al LLady who set me up with car hauler was very nice and knowledgeable. Facility was clean and professional. Trailer was older and had some repairs, but functioned correctly. The tire straps were a bit weathered but held up just fine. Four pin connector had wire strands exposed where wiring enters plug. This is a plug issue though not a facilities issue. Most modern vehicles have a spring loaded door for this connection and it puts side load on the wiring. There should be a reinforcement on the plug. All in all very happy with the employee that helped me and no issues whatsoever. Thank you to Hwy 50 Storage in Salem, WI.
brett lUhaul changed are pickup location ended up being 24miles more than we planned on. The whole experience of trying to get vehical was a disaster. It took over 1 hour to get vehical with help from your customer service rep on phone and 30 min to drop off . For the price we paid for service I would expect a employee to be present to help transaction.Dont plan on using your service again and will not recommend uhaul to anyone.
