This location is convenient and the staff are wonderful. However….the self pick up and drop off are TERRIBLE. The website/app does not load our self pick up/drop off took so long to process. At drop off we never could get it to load. After trying for almost an hour we had to just leave the truck and I will call the location directly on Monday when they are open.
