The 24/7 U-Haul app is terrible.. would not work either at pickup or drop off.. only real source of frustration with the entire experience.. would not recommend to anyone else to use this ap if they rent from uhaul
I did not see a sign that said to check the truck back in online. I only saw a box that said for a drop off, place keys in box. This is why I prepaid everything to make sure I did not have to hassle with drop off on a Sunday. If you are going to charge for a drop off, you need to make sure you tell your customers that. This was definitely not what I have experienced with renting U-Hauls in the past.
Worst service ever. Will not use again
Staff was amazing. She was awesome. Took care of all my needs and was very customer oriented.
Windshield was so dirty I could not see out when sun was setting.

Truck windshield was extremely dirty and ashtrash was dirty. Truck smelled like cigarettes.
They didn't have the truck I specifically reserved online ; I had to get a HUGE one. I should've been offered the larger one at the same price, and unlimited mileage for the inconvenience. That's why I always like to use Home Depot , which I will for The future .

I have been charged twice for my rental I was rented a truck that was missing bad and used twice the gas it should have used because of the way the truck was running I think the trucks should be checked before they are rented out to anyone expecting them to be running good and not cost a fortune to take a trip
20' truck leaked and got several items wet as it was a rainy day. About half way through the trip, the light came on and said that 2nd gear had gone out....Outlets that are operating as the side business of a vape-shop and being guarded by pit bull dogs behind the counter is not the image U-Haul wants to leave with its customers.
JUST KEEP THE SAME PERSONAL ON THE JOB AT THIS LOCATION GREAT HELP.
Me and my.fiance arrived and it was raining. They had our auto teansport trailer crammed in between a row of trailers and a telephone pole and had tried to back our 20 foot uhaul truck up to the trailer and get it out which was not possible because there was not enough room between the trailers and the storage units to get the truck turned enough to get the trailer out around the telephone pole. So in the pouring rain myself and my fiance had to drag the auto transport trailer (which is very very heavy) over 3 feet and drag another cargo trailer out of the way to get the auto transport trailer into a spot where I could hook it to the truck and get it around the pole. All of this is going on while the owners of the storage place(also the people renting us the equipment) stood under their umbrella smoking a cigarette watching us struggle to move this trailer. I would not recommend this location to anyone. We spent over and hour of our rental time getting soaked in the rain trying to get our transport trailer out
The Person that answered male seemed , that didn't have time for a call. Mix up in location pick up cause me to pay 140.00 for workers waiting to load a vehicle that wasn't there. When I asked he said I DC onto what to tell you and transferred me. When I finally got my vehicle 1.5 hours later then get back to the load location. I had lost 2 hour upload personnel because of repaving going on at the pepper chase location.
Logistically speaking your service is horrible. I am frustrated every time I use your company. I have never had a swift check-in or pick up. It seem like no matter where I go, Its like I walk in for the first time as if no body knows who the heck I am or what equipment I have reserved. Its terribly inconvenient and Frustrating. I realize since you all are mostly the only ones out there, you are the only option in my area and that sucks.
The woman at the pickup location was extremely rude and 20 minuets late.
Customer service was excellent, but the equipment was in need of upkeep.
This facility set up my contract as a "Local" rental when they were informed that it was a "One-way" drop off. This has caused several correction issues and an uncertain concern about my actual/correct rental charge. However, the attendant was very nice.
The lady at Hey 56 Mini Dtorage in Smithville, TN is very rude. She gave me a quote then charged my card $300 more than the quote.
These guys are the best around... I'll be back!
The professionalism of the employees at Hwy 56 Mini Storage speak volumes for the quality of the equipment you are going to get from U-Haul. Why go anywhere else?
I rented the trailer right before closing time on July 13 (4:58) and returned it on Sunday evening as instructed by the clerk. Apparently the neighboring church fills the parking lot of the U-Haul location on Sunday evenings so it is impossible to park the trailer until church is over. I returned it promptly after church and was charged for 4 DAYS RENTAL. The clerk told me I would be charged for 3 days rental when I picked it up, since I was keeping it for 72 hours. I called the number on the receipt and an agent told me I was charged 4 days rental because I picked it up before 5 pm. This is NOT what the agent at the rental location told me. Had I known I would be charged an extra day, I would not have rented the trailer. I feel that I am due for a refund of 1 day rental ($18.95 plus tax). Contract number is 89234542

Get larger pull behind trailers and update models the one I was using was a much older model and outdated for the price I payed it would have been nice to have a newer model or received a discount

I was told when I picked up the U-haul that there would not be additional mileage charges for miles over the one way move estimate, but I have been charged an additional $20.00. I also scheduled the rental weeks ahead at a dealer close to the Nashville PODS location, and the U-haul location where it was provided was an additional 10 miles from Smithville. I believe I should be reimbursed for the additional mileage charge.

Nothing! My experience was Great! The customer service exceeded my expectations. Ive used Uhaul for all my moving needs and this experience was by far the BEST ever, not only was she knowledgeable about the products but she went above and beyond to make sure that I was taken care of.
