Paula BI was charged for items that were not true. I have pictures of the gas being back at even, and the receipt for the gas. Then when I called, no returned call. When I emailed. The same. Absolutely sad.

MATTHEUS GCheck the Tires and equipment before renting. The U-Haul had a flat tire and no one was in the office for contact.

Diane HLocation indicates they were open but they were not. This is not the location I originally booked to return and I was charged more than my original reservation. Uhaul changed my pick up Location and drop off location which cost me more money.
Jay GCheck in was speedy and great. The lady I dealt with that morning was super nice and friendly. The afternoon I took it back and meet with a gentleman that was there and he checked in the uhaul and was also very nice and friendly! Great customer service which is rare anymore!

Jerrell CThe person at the counter did not know that a truck pick-up was scheduled, we ended up losing an hour of our time. The location also did not have the appliance dolly that we requested with the order. It appears that U-Haul did not inform the location to expect our arrival.
John HMy truck was reserved in Mcminnville TN. Sat brfore the p/u i was told I would have to drive to smithfield for the truck and I would be given $100 off the agreed price. At smithville the lady did not want to help at all. She was very curt in answerung questions and seemed only to want to i get us "out of there". Needless to say the $100 off the contract never was given.

Jason SDo an actual inspection on the vehicle and make sure everything works properly and it’s up to specifications, especially if it is reserved 2 weeks in advance.
TRENT SPut tongue jacks on your trailers. Very difficult to hook up to a truck, had to have help.

TERRY BThe only thing that concerned me was that I only needed the truck and trailer for a 24 hour rental to go 200 miles and uhaul insisted that it was a 48 hr rental and charged me for 1 day more than I needed .
JOHN AAlthough Uhaul in Knoxville told me this location was open until 5PM, they actually close at 2PM. It was strictly by chance that I found a lady who works there. She helped me unhook the trailer for which I am grateful. Had she not been there, I would have had to haul my car to my move location and work around it to unload. Very poor coordination on the part of the people in Knoxville who gave me bad information. Never again.
Judith PEquipment was dirty inside and out. Ramp was filthy. We had to sweep the inside of the bed and the attendant had to sweep inside the cab.
LEE SOnly takeback was the Uhaul.com performance on this day. I could not check in from home. This does not reflect on the fine service I received from Amanda.
