The staff was very polite and friendly. Answered all my questions and I will continue to use this Uhaul location.
Tovani OI arrived at 7 am to pick up rental van and the battery had no charge. Therefore causing me delays and having to go to another location costing me more money paying employees to stand around and wait. On site staff need to check all vehicles before leaving work the day prior and make sure all vehicles are running properly.

ROBERTO LIf you could leave a note explaining that you have to push the lever on the padlock with pressure to open it, that would be a great help. I wasted almost an hour trying to open it.

Alexz CI had the most awful experience with uhaul this time around, I had reserved a truck in my city and when I went to pick it up the guy at the location said it had been rented out and stated that anyone that goes to rent before you can bump you off your reservation, I honestly cried because I was frantic trying to find a truck at the last moment. I had to drive 30 min to another town to rent another truck. It was a horrible experience going through all this and the guy at the first location just said it doesn’t matter if you have a reservation or not we can give the truck out to anyone that comes in. I have never felt so helpless and just upset. Mind you I had reserved the truck a week before. The guy at the second location was kind and helpful.

SERGIO GI didn't see any personnel because it was closed, but I didn't want to ding their metrics. Y'all should add an option that states "did not interact with personnel" so you get more accurate metrics

BRYAN RTires should have a scheduled safety check. The tire on the trailer we rented had a blow out. The tire completely ripped apart off the rim. The help which was called from uhaul to replace the tire was very quick and efficient.

MARIA HHad the worst experience. First uhaul drop off location was no longer a drop off location I called customer support several times to be hung up on and transferred several times. I had to tell them I was leaving the trailer at any location I found and they could figure it out. After about 30 mins and over 5 calls someone finally sent us a new drop off location. This is uncalled for and extremely unprofessional.
