Delay on closing our contract. Truck was reserved from 10am returned 1pm.on Saturday. On Saturday’s the office closes at 3pm. They close on Sundays. Employee never closed our contract. I spent the whole weekend worrying they will charge us for days we didn’t use the truck. I called customer service five times to ensure they made note of what was happening to avoid any issues and over charges. Finally Monday on my second call I asked for a supervisor. After explaining the situation he closed the contract. Frustrating experience
