THIS LOCATION WAS HORRIBLE TO PICK UP EQUIPMENT. THE PERSON HAD TO BE ON THE PHONE TO COMPLETE THE RENTAL AGREEMENT. THE PERSON COULDN'T TAKE A CREDIT CARD THAT WAS USED TO SECURE THE TRAILER. I WILL NOT NEVER TELL PEOPLE TO USE THIS LOCATION

It was towed from my son's house after it was emptied on Sunday. I'm being made to answer these questions about the clear spring facility and we didn't get to use it

I sound like the complaining guy but they didn’t know what to do with the trailer when I tried to drop it off, said “ that guy isn’t here” I had to call customer service to get permission to leave it there
