When we got to the location the key location was never updated and was showing the truck wasn’t there. We could see the truck, so we knew it was there. No one in the store knew where the keys were so they called the owner. The owner instructed the worker to just give me the keys. UHaul was not happy with that, however, I did not receive any type of compensation for the 30 minute delay. The exterior of the truck was muddy. The interior smelled horrible. It was a long 4 hour drive. The truck did drive well.
