While very convenient. The locks used on the lock boxes are very hard to unlock. Frustrating when you only have so much time to use the rental. Also the placement of the lock boxes , not under cover, hard to read the letters and the height of the placement is a little to tall.

Joshua NThe mirrors were not adjusted. Start kee alomost useless and very diffecult to start. I am 77 years old. It was very changing for me to start theTruck. I drove the truck around 7 mile and refill the Truck with 1.6 Gallon fuel. I been charge fuel fee and 20 miles instead of 7 milles.
MOHAMMAD-BAGHER HThe van I rented leaked water through the side door during heavy rain and drenched my items inside the door. My boxes were so wet that we could not lift them out of the van and had to empty them bringing in each piece individually. I also had artwork/paintings that were drenched with water. When I returned the van, I told the UHaul location about this and asked for a deduction from my bill. They said they would file a complaint with Uhal and call me with a resolution. It's been three days and I haven't heard back from them. They also did not discount the rental, even though my items were harmed and I had bought the UHaul insurance.

ROBERT GI was charged a whopping 25.00 for cleaning! The van was returned cleaned. Upon inquiry, I was told that a wrapper was left in the cabin and I did not fold the pads. I was not told the.pads were supposed to be folded, this charge was abusive. I guess you have my CC on hand which gives ls you power.
GUERRELYNE GThe gentleman running the office was very caring. He made sure everything went well, but he needs supplies, blankets, etc. he said he’s been waiting for U-Haul for the delivery. You have a very caring man running this location.
PATRICK BNobdoy was there when I went to pick up the truck. Luckily your phone tech support was great and was able to get me into a truck. However, somebody should still be at the location in case customers need things like pads or a dolly.

India TWhen i arrived, I followed the prompts in the app and opened the correct box per the app, and no key was there. I spent 15 minutes on hold to speak with someone at Uhaul's 24 hour service, who ended up being VERY helpful and got me into a different truck. Had there not been a second 15ft truck at the location, I am not sure what would have happened. The reservation was made over a week in advance, and the pickup location was chosen by U-Haul, so it was frustrating to waste approximately 30 minutes at the pickup location because the key wasn't available. I also paid for an appliance dolly that was not in either the original truck or the new truck. The truck was in good condition and i had no issues with it once a key was found.
